Introduction

Welcome to the future of wireless charging with your new POQQ wireless charger! Our charger is compatible with all smartphones that support the Qi wireless charging protocol.

Getting Started

By unboxing, the charger is in sleep mode!

To wake him up, simply connect him to the power supply for 15 seconds. Remove the power supply and make sure there is no smartphone nearby. Wait for 15 seconds. The tray will wake up when a smartphone is placed.

To charge your smartphone, gently slide it over the designated dots on the woven surface until you connect to the charger.

Do not slide the phone again until the screen illuminates that your phone is charging. Your device is now connected and charging is started.

Charge the tray to 100%. For transport, the batteries are not fully charged. You can see the status of the batteries in the POQQ app.

When the batteries are at 15% capacity, the LED at the bottom of the tray flashes. Charge the tray with the power supply provided with the device.

Power Output

The POQQ charger is intelligent enough to adapt its power output to match the requirements of your device, providing a range from 5 to 15 Watts. You’ll know your device is charging when you see the battery indicator on your phone’s screen

USB-C Connection

Located at the base of the charger is a versatile USB-C port that serves a dual purpose:

  1. Connect the supplied power cable to the USB-C port to charge the wireless charger’s internal power bank.
  2. The USB-C port can also be used to charge other devices, such as an iPad, using the power bank functionality.

POQQ Mobile App

For an enhanced user experience, download the POQQ app to monitor the status of your charging tray:

  • Orange: The charging zone is ready to be used.
  • Green: The device is actively charging.

The app will also notify you when the power bank’s battery falls below 10%, as indicated by the LED lighting up. The LED will turn off once capacity drops below 15%, signifying it is time for a recharge.

Safety and Care

Please note the POQQ wireless charger is designated for indoor use only and has a rating of IP30:

  • Keep the device away from water and moisture to avoid damage.
  • Do not expose the charger to extreme temperatures.
  • Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth when necessary.
