For an enhanced user experience, download the POQQ app to track your charging tray’s status:
Orange: Charging zone is ready.
Yellow: Device is correctly placed.
Green: Device is charging.
Red: Error detected (e.g., foreign object). Remove any objects to resume normal operation. The app also alerts you when the power bank’s battery drops below 10%, with the LED turning on. The LED will turn off when capacity falls below 15%, signaling it’s time to recharge.
